Need a Home Office?
June 10, 2020
These days, most of us are working from home. This might become the new normal for many, even after Covid-19. It is speculated that many employers have come to terms with their work-from-home force. It is safer, and productivity is high. Plus, it keeps our roads less congested.
For those of us trying to stay productive at home, it is sometimes difficult to find a quiet place to get away from the activities of other family members, or sound distractions like radio, TV or computer games. If your home isn’t providing the solitude that you require for digging in to your work or hobbies, you might find yourself looking for a new place. Fortunately, plenty are available.
I have three homes currently on the market that might meet those needs.
2129 Pullman Ave, Belmont is a 4 bedroom home, but one bedroom is downstairs, off the great room, with nice canyon views. This could be a great place to hole up for awhile.
1514 La Mesa Ln, Burlingame has 4 bedrooms, plus an office with a private entrance downstairs, a built-in desk on the main level, a conversation pit, decks on three levels, a comfy loft and if you really want to get away, there’s a fantastic studio with bay views.
1927 Parrott Dr, San Mateo has 3 bedrooms, plus an office in the garage, and a bonus room that can even be used as a gym and there is an attached bath. Who doesn’t need a place to work out after work? There’s also a bonus workroom, but if you really need to get away, there’s a secret playroom in the back yard.
Each of these homes have many more excellent qualities. You can check them out on my website. If these don’t work for you, please call, text or email me so I can find you the perfect place to work, and play, from home.
