In San Mateo County, there are 334 single family homes for sale, which equates to one month of inventory. 251 homes were sold in March, at a median sale price of $1.7M. In February, San Mateo County had 296 Single Family Homes for sale. There were 264 new listings and a total of 176 homes sold, up from 219 new and 159 sold in January.
