There’s Always Time to Stop and Smell the Roses
December 12, 2016
I am a walker. My husband and I walk almost daily in various peninsula neighborhoods. We walk the Bay Levee Pedway, Edgewood Park trails, or just on city streets. Sometimes we tackle the steepest hill we can find (aspire higher!); other times we stroll more leisurely. We often talk to neighbors (like PJ, who grows amazingly hot peppers in his front yard!). And I especially like to stop and smell the roses. As I walk through our homey neighborhoods I see flowers still in bloom and rose bushes thriving here, even in the coldest weeks of December. This amazing area with so much natural beauty has become the most desirable in the nation. That’s why our prices continue to remain high. But if you want to get yourself into a home on the peninsula, please talk to me. I have a proven track record for getting my buyers in! My goal is to see you thrive and enjoy our fine community.
Reminder: There is a Live Nativity on Saturday, December 17, at the 1st Presbyterian Church on 25th Avenue in San Mateo.Tags: Bay Area Seasons, Home Prices, Northern California Climate
