Rumana is absolutely the best If you are looking to buy in the mid peninsula area (Menlo Park, Foster city, San Mateo, Belmont, San Carlos etc) She has an in-depth knowledge about the area down to individual neighborhoods. She is very professional and spends time with you to understand your needs and talks you through each and every paperwork that you end up signing in the process of house buying. What we love about Rumana is that she plays to win. She will tell you what you need to bid to be the top offer. Also if you want to bid an amount that won't land you anywhere near the winning bid, she will tell you that straight up. Putting down an offer for a house just for the heck of it when there is no chance you will get it, is not her style and will save you a lot of time and disappointment. For some of the houses that we liked that were listed under our budget, Rumana was very helpful in making us understand where the sale price would be (over our budget), so that we don't waste our time looking at those houses. She is very straightforward in her communication which we really appreciated. I highly recommend Rumana if you are looking to buy in these areas.
