Client Appreciation Luncheon

Rumana Jabeen • February 8, 2024

Why are all these people gathered so merrily together?

These are my gracious clients from this past year (2023). I invited them to enjoy a special luncheon at Vivace’s Restaurant in Belmont. Mike Gunn opened just for us on a Sunday, and prepared a fabulous meal for my clients.

Why?

Simply to appreciate them.

Everyone who has been in business with me understands that we form a relationship. I am not just buying or selling houses with you, I am connecting with you and your aspirations. Together, we are working on fulfilling dreams. My goal is always to have such satisfied clients that we will forever stay in touch.

To my clients-It was such an honor and pleasure for me to meet together and see your smiling faces.  During the transactions, we get so close, but sometimes it is difficult to stay connected.  I love hosting client events so I can reestablish our bond.

Many people may not realize how personal this business actually it. It is truly a labor of love to find the right home for my buyers, or to sell a home for the maximum advantage to my sellers. During the process, my clients become very special to me. And I love to celebrate our relationship. It is much more than business; we really do become friends. At this event, I invited my clients from this past year, as well as people who have referred me to their friends, family, colleagues, or neighbors. I pride myself on a business built primarily on repeat business and referrals. And I am very grateful for everyone of you.

I am your resource for all things real estate. I invite anyone who would appreciate this level of commitment to give me a call, or send me the names of anyone you would like to see treated to the highest level of service.

What makes working with Rumana successful...
By Rumana Jabeen November 11, 2025
When you work with a real estate agent, you’re not just hiring someone to manage paperwork or schedule showings. You’re trusting them to guide you through one of life’s biggest transitions. For clients of Rumana Jabeen , that trust goes far beyond the transaction. In this short video, filmed at Rumana’s Annual Client Appreciation Picnic, long-time clients share what it’s really like to work with her and how she leads with clarity, protects their interests, and continues to show up long after the sale is done.
