San Mateo County Real Estate Market Update- June 2022

San Mateo’s median sold price for single-family homes slightly decreased month-to-month to $2.24 million. The number of homes sold was 391 while the number of new listings was 775. The number of condo & townhouses sales decreased marginally to $1.075 million with 302 new listings and 127 homes sold.
Buyers are also still being aggressive with their offer prices, with the median offer price continuing to be above 100%.
